Terms of Service

Last updated 11 July 2026

1. Service description

IntellDeal is an acquisition intelligence platform currently offered in early access. Features, interfaces and data coverage may change as the product develops, and access may be varied, suspended or withdrawn from time to time.

2. No advice

IntellDeal provides information, analysis and drafts only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You must take your own professional advice from a suitably qualified adviser before making any acquisition decision or acting on anything you read on the platform.

3. Data accuracy

The platform draws on public sources including Companies House, and on estimates and AI-generated analysis. Figures are labelled filed, estimated, inferred or user-confirmed. No warranty, express or implied, is given as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, score or analysis presented on the platform.

4. AI-generated content

Drafts, letters, scripts, briefs and analyses produced by the platform are AI-generated. You must review and edit them before use. You are solely responsible for any outreach, communication or filing you send, whether or not it originated as an AI draft.

5. Acceptable use

You may use IntellDeal only for lawful purposes. You must not scrape, bulk-export or resell platform data, or use contact information obtained through the platform in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the UK GDPR or any other applicable law.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, scores, methodologies and generated content belong to the operator or its licensors. You retain all rights in materials you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.

8. Third-party introductions

Listings in the Deal Completion Network are introductions only. We are not party to any engagement between you and a lawyer, accountant, diligence provider, lender or other adviser, and we do not provide regulated legal, financial or investment services.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and accept no liability for deal outcomes or decisions made in reliance on the platform. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid to us in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Termination, changes and governing law

Either party may terminate on reasonable notice, and we may terminate immediately for breach. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the product. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
